Aging Men and Women …

You'll feel better!
A group of 90-year-old men and women who lifted weights for eight weeks nearly tripled the strength of their arms and legs! Under medical supervision, these aging people lifted weights three times a week. They were able to go from lifting about 15 pounds to lifting over 40.

Two of them no longer required canes. One of them could get up out of a chair without using his arms. He couldn’t do this before the weight lifting. They were in their nineties and the program was only eight weeks.

There are a lot of ways we can do to become healthy. They aren’t secret. It’s just that most people don’t do them. You can decide how much you want to and when you want to do it. But I’ll make you a bet: After you’ve found out what it’s like to feel better, you’ll want to do more, not less.

Are you the sort of person who never exercises?
You can still add years to your life by taking antioxidants.

Another aspect of life not what it used to be?
There’s a lot you can do with supplements, mild exercise, and other techniques.

Do you smoke and can’t give it up?
The right supplements can neutralize some of the bad effects of smoking.

I want you to know something very important …

The things most people eat and the way they live are not good indications of how long you can live. The cancer and heart disease rates affecting most people do not represent how much you are at risk!

If you eliminate random free-radical damage or repair it, you will be able to live a healthy life to the end of your genetically determined life span. Meaning, you could live around 100 to 120 years.
