If you get nothing else out of this site,  I want you to get this:   You control how healthy you are!   You control how long you are going to live!

Take a moment and imagine that you can fall asleep  at night promptly,  doze six to eight hours without interruption,  and get up feeling fresh,  rested, and eager to get going.

Imagine looking as good as you did fifteen years ago,  and feeling better!
You can do it.

It really is possible to feel good all the time.  It’s up to you.  Don’t wait until you are desperately sick and then expect the doctor to cut you open and replace the parts,  or fix you up with a miracle drug.  Those things  don’t work.

I’ll have another happy day  if you read  the articles on this site and tell me  you’ve changed just one thing about your life. 

I do not want you to change a lot of things.  People who try to do  everything at once  often end up doing nothing,  after a few months.
